Mistake #5: Not reviewing WalkMe Insights

When people think of WalkMe, they think of the pop-ups, elements on the screen, help balloons, etc.  That’s understandable but it’s only HALF the product.

When working with WalkMe teams, I am always surprised how little attention is paid to WalkMe Insights.

 

Here’s the process I recommend:

There are a few basic steps that need to be followed.

  • Every Walk-thru should have a goal.  Navigating to a page, clicking a function, etc.  This is straightforward.  
  • But you need to establish a cadence for reviewing Insights.
  • What do we look at when a solution is published?
  • What do we look at on a periodic basis for Survey results, menu search terms, etc?
  • Establish your own processes and put these on your calendar.

Follow these steps and you’ll be on your way to understanding how your WalkMe content is performing.
